The Maintenance service is mandatory enabling the complex to be kept to the highest standards regarding pool areas, gardens, on-site facilities if applicable, and other communal areas.

Knowing that your property is being looked after in your absence will give you peace of mind. We offer a full management service to our clients whether they are using their property solely as a holiday home or for investment purposes or both.
This service ensures that whilst owners are not in residence all utility bills, council & environmental taxes are paid.

•Supervision of all alterations and repairs
