We were first time buyers, when we went to Turkey last May and a little worried as we do not speak Turkish. We met then with the owner of Erşa Construction in his office. He made out a payment plan that suited my wife and myself. That is how easy he made this happen. His staff have been a great assist to us as well with sorting out furnishings, insurances etc. etc. When you buy from Erşa, its not just the sale, its also the after sales.
You get transfers to and from the airport at a reduced rate with one free every year. If you have a problem in your home like paint work getting damaged where the furniture has rubbed it when brought in, no problem its repaired like new. These are just some of my experiances. Erkan and his staff have really made buying in Turkey a dream and not a nightmare.
