As we have now entered winter the first snow has fallen on the Toros mountains providing a dramactic backdrop to Side with the snow capped mountains standing out in the beautiful blue sky.

New Hotel Under Construction

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract for a new Hotel in the Side region. This 138 bedroom hotel has broken ground with completion date set for April 2012 ready for the new guests arrivals.

Melas Park Update

We are now racing ahead with this developement and are at the second phase of construction with buildings A & B now fully plastered ready for electric instalations, building C plastering should be completed this weekend. Flora Garden Update

25.11.2011

Our landscaping to gardens are now taking shape with garden terraces now in place. The pool decking has been laid and the roadway is being laid down this week by Side Belediyesi. Buildings ABCD all now have the windows installed and all are plastered. B4 is our show apartment, all the sanitary ware is now fitted and we hope to have the kitchen fully installed by week 48.
