My
family and I purchased an apartment on the "Sunset Residence"
complex in Side, we purchased the apartment through "Side Riviera
Properties" this is a British family run business, We purchased off plan
from ERSA on their recomendation, the build quality and the attention to detail
is faultless, and the maintenance off the site is fantastic. Ersa really do run
things perfectly and nothing is a problem for them.
The
aftersales staff and especially the complex manager "Halit" really do
make you feel welcome and will help in any way they can.
Side
itself is a lovely place, plenty of good places to eat lots to see and the
Turkish people are really friendly.Also the beachs are really nice with
activities such as jet ski, para sailing etc, there is a free bus that runs to
the beach daily which really is a pleasure because walking even 5 mins in
the heat is exhausting.
Overall I
can HONESTLY say Ersa Homes are a great company with freindly and helpful
staff, its a bonus that they sell property in the beautiful location of Side.
